These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in good faith. We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is free of errors. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized. If payment fails, your order will not be processed. Cash on Delivery is not available.

We ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Free shipping is offered on orders over €50. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and software — is the property of WADITEK or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WADITEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, postal disruptions, customs holds, or natural disasters.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which WADITEK is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Consumer protection rights under your local jurisdiction remain unaffected.
