Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
We ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your country.
- Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 3-5 business days
- Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Ireland: 4-6 business days
- Nordic, Baltic, and Eastern EU countries: 5-7 business days
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: 5-7 business days (customs clearance may apply)
3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders below €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted European carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, La Poste, Deutsche Post, and Royal Mail. The carrier used depends on your destination and order weight.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can monitor your package's progress at every step. If you have trouble accessing tracking, contact us at contact@techstoreeu.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your neighbors and local delivery office. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
For damaged packages, photograph the damage upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
7. International Shipping (Outside EU)
For shipments to the UK, Norway, and Switzerland, additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.
