Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The return window begins the day you (or someone you designate) receive the package.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@techstoreeu.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control this timing.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products and downloadable software
- Sealed audio or video recordings that have been opened
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones with broken seals)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.
